And if you consider MMO's or Co-op gameplay, that opens a whole new can of worms to discuss. I wish my skills were better, I really do. For me many games' setting doesn't fit- I'm either between medium & easy or between medium & hard. That way you could fine tune it way more to your ability. It would be better if there were more like 10. Most games offer only 3 or 5 difficulty settings. Maybe they're concerned about other effects. Console developers almost never include cheats anymore. I have great respect for other gamers' skill. Plus, I play as though the cheats weren't on. Otherwise I couldn't get through the game at all. Some people's skills are just not good enough, no matter how hard they try.
